Water and Sanitation
The Town of Lake City maintains water and sanitation facilities for customers within its district, which extends beyond the limits of the Town. Maintenance and operation is overseen by the Public Works Director. Billing for services is managed by the Deputy Clerk.
For New Utility Account Holders:
- A $500 depoit is required to open a new account
- Utility accounts are billed Bi-Monthly
- Statements are sent out at the end of even months; Balances are due at the beginning of the following even month
- If you would like to enroll in ACH Autopay, please click on the link below to access the enrollment form. Once it is completed, return it to the office in person, drop it in the mail and send to PO Box 544, Lake City CO, 81235, or email it to us at : deputyclerk@townof lakecity.co
